For non-arrival (no-show) or premature departure or cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to arrival,  100 % of the total accommodation fee is payable.

Cancellation less than 7 days (21 days in high season) prior to a booking, forfeit the full deposit;

7 - 14 days          ----         75 % of the deposit

15 – 21 days       ----         50 % of the deposit

Cancellations 22 days or more prior to arrival, forfeit 25 % of the deposit.

Administration fee of R150,00 will be charged on all refunds.

Accommodation fee paid is refundable ONLY if rooms are booked out again.

Should we therefore book out all rooms again, you will receive the balance of your money back.

Please note that in the event of National Lockdown being implemented in future, we will hold any deposits made to us for accommodation. Your booking will simply be moved to another date of your choice when we are open once again as per government protocols.

Terms & Conditions   ​     

Arrivals & Departures:

Check-in : 14h00 until 18h00.  Should arrival be expected after 18h00, arrangements must be made in advance for late check-in.  Check-out : 10h30.  Additional fees charged for late check-out.

Recption Hours -  07h00 to 18h00.  Gates are locked at 22h00.    Respecting other guests is priority, we maintain a ZERO TOLERANCE on noise after 22h00.    All rooms are NON SMOKING areas.  If this is not adhered to an extra charge of R600 is applicable.  Verandas are smoking areas on the property.    Towels are for on-premises use only, and not to be used as beach towels.    Visitors to guest are to be reported by guest to Reception for security purposes. Visitors after 21h00 are not allowed.    Please respect the other guests on the property, do not disturb their privacy.    Self-catering guests should check the kitchen inventory on arrival. If you prepare food please do so  in the kitchens and not in the rooms.     NO FIREWORKS allowed on site.    We do have a sub-tropical climate, if you are visiting please ensure your windows are closed if there is bad weather.    We are malaria free but have a lot of mosquitoes - have your insect repellent at hand.  Wifi is available at main Lounge area for guests use. If you have any requests or complaints please advise Management immediately.  90% of the time we can quickly sort out the problem, we can not help if we do not hear from the guest and we would like to be of assistance.  We do have pets on the property, please do not feed them. They are well fed and feeding them creates problems.    Right of Admission Reserved
